Peter Jakobsson is Crowd1’s international business philosopher and a renowned motivational speaker. Peter Jakobsson is responsible for the Sunday school with Crowd1 that has helped motivate millions of people worldwide. Intended to display and to motivate, this article invites you to an insight into the inspiring world of Peter Jakobsson. More specifically, this article will display Peter Jakobsson’s “Domino effect” principle.

Before you can lead someone, you need to take charge of yourself with discipline. It’s you, and no one else, that needs to make those decisions that will lead to your success, Peter Jakobsson writes.

The point when you have made up your mind to start another adventure or to start a new business is when you are heading towards new horizons. The reason why you might want to change something can be endless, maybe it was because you wanted a change in your life or because you had enough of something else. That’s the most common reason for people to start something new. Some people want a financial or material change, and some just want to spread their wings and try something new because it looks fun and interesting.

Responsibility and discipline are two things you can’t succeed without. Any kind of business involves responsibility and some type of leadership. Even if it’s only yourself, you are leading. You need to take charge of yourself with discipline before you can lead someone else. It’s you, and no one else, that needs to make those decisions that will lead to your success.
No one will ever do it for you. Therefore, you need to set those goals and make an action plan. And then start taking ACTION. Massive action.

“Take action, MASSIVE action”

When you start taking action, you will come across things you never dared or wanted to do before. You are leaving your comfort zone, and that can be scary sometimes. But everyone should know that there is NO growth or change inside your comfort zone. You need to set goals that will force you to take action and go outside of your comfort zone — that’s where all the success is. People who never go against their fears and always stay on the safe side will never grow and probably never have any success either. Most people need to overcome the fear of rejection and stop worrying about things they can’t change anyway. You cannot always control the circumstances, but you can always control your thinking. The greatest weapon against fear is the ability to change one thought over another. Sometimes you don’t feel like doing it, and that’s when you need discipline to just go ahead and do it anyway — that’s when you grow for real.

When you grow as a person, you become someone you have never been to before. People will see the change in you. And you will attract other people because they want what you have. Then you started the domino effect, and it will slowly IMPACT the world.

“you are not who you think you are, you are who you THINK you are”- Peter Jakobsson
